This breed of Wollywog is lime-green, unlike their cousins, the Wollwog. They have lost their ability to swim, in turn, they can jump extremely high!

Blue Pikmin-
This breed has a pair of gills. They can go into water and never drown. They can also save nearby drowning pikmin!

These pikmin are produced by Puffstools. The spores that the Puffstools produce poison the pikmin and 'posses' them.
Locations: (after being sprayed by spores) Forest Navel

Parcialy Possesed Pikmin-
If you blow your whistle on a pikmin 'as it's turning purple', it will go pale-(whatever color it was), and will try and attack the Puffstool! It has a strange way of walking: Floating with its arms and legs extended in an 'X' formation. This makes it seem magical.
Locations: (when whistle is blown on after spores are released) Forest Navel

Locations: (after pelets are brought to Onion, or expelled by Candypop Buds) Impact Site, Forest of Hope, Forest Navel, Distant Spring, Final Trial

Onion-
An incubator for pikmin. When pelets are brought to an Onion, it expels a burst of pikmin seeds. The Onion serves several purposes in a pikmin's life-cycle. One is as a nest where pikmin sleep and eat. Another is as an incubator. It houses undeveloped seeds when there are 100 pikmin in the field. And it also serves as transportation. The flower-spout spins like the blade of a helicopeter and can lift the Onion high into the atmosphere of the planet.
Locations: (red) Impact Site, (yellow) Forest of Hope, (blue) Forest Navel

Locations: Distant Spring

Beady Longlegs-
This huge creature is taller than the Emperor Bulblax. It has six legs, and is not really a creature! It is actually a spider-like machine! It has a weak, waxy, center. It also has suction-cup feet which can immobilize it if held down.

This creature has a tough carapace to protect it. It also loves to steal pelets and fallen enemies. It takes these spoils to its flower-like burrow and turns them into food for itself.

This creature is made of rock, although its larvae are similar to frogs! Mamutas love to replant pikmin by slamming them into the ground. When slamming these pikmin into the ground, they automaticaly turn into flowers. It is thought to have a fondness for them.
Locations: Impact Site

Armored Cannon Beetle-
This black beast inhales a gust of air, and spits out a large boulder from its mouth. Its carapace seems to be too tough to be attacked straight on, so mabey something underneath is the good stuff!;) It is still a mystery at how it creates boulders in its body. Some speculations lead to the assumption that it eats these rocks and just "throws-them-up" in a word.
Locations: Forest of Hope, Distant Spring

Smokey Progg-
This frog-like creature is thought to be the deformed larvae of mamutas. It emits a trail of black smoke, killing all that falls into it. Proggs can only be unleashed if their egg shells are broken. I suggest avoiding this creature. It doesn't give you a part. But its remains do give you 100 pikmin!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

And so, this ends our zoooligy tour of the pikmin planet! I hope you have learned well, my padawan learner!;)
